• Orlando Wedding Photographer Kristina Stockton

I am an Orlando wedding photographer who loves to celebrate with energetic, fun, romantic couples getting married in Orlando, Central Florida, and worldwide. I am Lithuanian, and speak English fluently - until the end of the day when my tired brain refuses to translate for me anymore. Haha!
I often tell people that I photograph weddings for selfish reasons - there's no other career where I'd get to experience that much love and happiness every weekend! I mesh best with outgoing, adventurous, geeky, head over heels in love, super romantic yet totally down to earth people. I love it when my clients become my friends!

Besides wedding photography services, I also capture headshots, glamour portraits, and fashionable high school seniors in the Lake Buena Vista/Disney neighborhood.

    * a modern approach to classic romance *

What can you accomplish in 15 minutes with low hanging clouds and the threat of a huge thunderstorm looming above you? A lot, if you’re working with a stunner such as this!! 🙂  Recently I photographed Kacie in my own back yard for her upcoming audition for Beauty and the Beast, and I must say, in the small amount of time we had, we accomplished a fantastic session and some excellent headshots that she will be able to use together with her resume.

The Wedding of MaryBeth and Danny Walker at Strong Mansion in Dickerson MD
I love traveling for weddings! This was my first destination wedding in Maryland. Bonus points, hubby and I got to visit our best man, his best friend, while we were there. Definitely did not enjoy the traffic, but had a great time spending it with people we hadn’t seen in way too long. The bride happens to be the sister of our neighbors from back when we lived in upstate New York, so we got to see them and how their little girls have grown. The wedding was a stylish and elegant affair, which Mark and I photographed pretty much from start to finish. We showed up at the hotel where the girls were getting ready just as they were putting the finishing touches on hair and makeup, and stayed until almost the end of the reception at Strong Mansion, catching up with friends and enjoying this awesome wedding. It was a day to remember. Perfect weather, great views, stunning bride and groom in a lovely location, friendships old and new – what more can a wedding photographer ask for?

Add to that perfect timing for a spectacular sunset, we couldn’t have gotten any more perfect shots! My favorite sequence of the night right here.strong_mansion_wedding_photographer 008 (Sheet 8)I loved the simple yet striking wedding reception decor in the tent. It complimented the venue without being a distraction. Thank you to the newly minted Walkers for choosing us to document your celebration, and thank you to Rick and Melissa for hooking us up with the lovely couple! The whole trip to Maryland was extremely enjoyable and my job was made easier thanks to my amazing husband Mark (pictured above with the happy newlyweds and yours truly!) Much love to all of you! MUAH!

I photographed some headshots/portraits at Orlando’s Lake Eola a while ago for a young mother who is getting into professional modeling. Mariela was an amazing model! She followed directions well and had a great range of expressions. She is the owner of Styling by Mariela,so I was super excited to work with her because I knew she and her hair would look fabulous – which is always number one on MY “perfect client” wish list, and I wish I could make it a requirement: PLEASE HAVE FABULOUS HAIR. And if you don’t have great hair (like me, waaaah) then get someone awesome like Mariela to style it for your photoshoot! Hehehe

Orlando_Portrait_Photographer_Headshots_02Orlando_Portrait_Photographer_Headshots_01Orlando_Portrait_Photographer_Headshots_03I love that we didn’t even make a full circle around Lake Eola in downtown Orlando, yet we found all these amazing nooks and crannies to photograph in. Also, I used my “plastic fantastic” 50mm lens for pretty much the whole session (after receiving some weird looks from strangers while wielding my hefty 70-200) and loved the results, especially with close ups. Such dreamy backgrounds!Orlando_Portrait_Photographer_Headshots_04Orlando_Portrait_Photographer_Headshots_05PhotoKisses-Mariela-31-sm

In true Florida fashion, it rained for a good 10 minutes half way through our shoot. Luckily, in true Orlando fashion, we also got that amazing yellow/green sunlight that comes after every rain, and were able to take some incredible portraits like this one. Thank you Mariela for being awesome, I hope to be able to work with you again sometime soon!

Go Kowboys! I love how the blue and yellow color scheme dominated the last few pages of the book.
