My application to be the associate photographer for the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Foundation has been accepted. On one hand I’m happy that I can give back to the community in a meaningful way, but on the other hand, I am scared that I will be called for the extreme cases and I won’t know how to deal with them. I can’t wait to do a training seminar so I am better prepared. One of my future brides who is also a photographer has agreed to be my assistant. Together, I know we can do it!

Mark Hayes - Congratulations on being accepted and a tip of the hat to volunteering for such an awesome organization. I’ve often thought about it – but it strikes pretty close to home for me and I honestly don’t know if I could hold up through the session, but I have such great admiration for those that do make the commitment.
