I met with Tanisa early last year to chat about her wedding… except she didn’t have anything yet. No dress, no bridal party, no officiant, no dj… She only had the location (Shadow Lake) and now she was booking a photographer. These two things were the most important ones to take care of, and she said once that was settled she would start looking for everything else. Needless to say, I was honored to be on the “most important” list, but Iwas also a bit worried for Tanisa, because her wedding was 08.08.08! I was afraid that she wouldn’t be able to book the vendors she wanted, so late in the game. (Note to all the brides – if you really really REALLY like a vendor, book them as early as possible, before they get snatched by someone else!) My fears were laid to rest when Tanisa and Jon’s wedding day came around, and everything looked absolutely perfect.

The ceremony was quick and sweet.
The Bridal party wore white and turquoise.
The theme was Tiffany’s, so all the favors (and there were lots!) were turqoise, there were diamond bits everywhere.
During dinner, we went outside to get some fun and fashionable pictures of the newlyweds. The setting sun made for some gorgeous images.
The rest of the night was spent dancing! It was so much fun, and I was sad when it was time to go home.
