Oh, Dear! I had an awesome time August 11 at the Shadow Lake Golf Club. Why, you ask? Well, I got to photograph a gorgeous wedding ceremony right on a pond, bridal pictures with a lovely bride, and lots and lots of dancing!
I have been super busy the last few weeks deleting and editing more than 1300 pictures. Michelle and Tom are getting their digital negatives so that they can share prints with their friends and family, and I wanted to give them enough choices without actually overwhelming them. I ended up with about 700 images, which equals about 100 images per hour. Whew! During the two edit weeks I found some clear favorites of mine, which I hope will be their favorites as well.
Fun shoe shot!
The flower girl was cute, and such a ham for the camera
These faces might be familiar…
Super awesome cake, made by a “hobbyist” who in my opinion should absolutely go professional. It was to die for!
What a perfect day for a wedding
Perfect location
Michelle’s dad was one happy guy. My favorite candid of the day
After the formal group shots, we had a bit of fun by ourselves
My assistant grabbed this awesome shot, I just love their reflection in the water
When it got dark, I took the rings out for a little walk…
The rest of the night was for dancing!
Do check out the SHOWCASE, there are more awesome and fun images to look at! I wish I could share all of them, all the time, but the rest of the day is best left to the newlyweds to discover on their own. I can’t wait for them to receive the DVD of their digital negatives. I KNOW they will love the images!
